Four Builders Purchase Remaining Lots in The Village at Vistancia

Vistancia is pleased to announce the land sales of the final remaining parcels located north of Lone Mountain Parkway and east of El Mirage Road. These four parcels mark the final phase of new home development in The Village at Vistancia with lots that are ideally situated at the foothills of the Sonoran desert mountains and offers convenient access to the Loop 303.

David Weekley Homes, whom has had a long-time partnership with Vistancia has purchased 74- 70’ x 125’ lots.  In addition to their newest parcel Alicante, William Ryan Homes purchased 87- 53’ x 115’ lots. Vistancia also welcomes Richmond American, a new builder to Vistancia’s master plan, who purchased 79- 60’x120’ lots.  Finally, Gehan Homes who have previously built in The Village have purchased 84- 48’ x 115’ lots. These final remaining four parcels will bring an additional 324 homes to The Village at Vistancia and are estimated to grand open in mid-2018. Development activity is underway to install the infrastructure and prepare the lots for the builders.

The Village at Vistancia community offers a wide range of home styles, lifestyle and recreational experiences and fun for the whole family. Residents have access to two recreation centers, offering year-round activity.
