Vistancia Now Hiring for Part Time Community Representative

Vistancia is now hiring for a part time Community Representative position at the Vistancia Information Center located at the entrance to the Blackstone at Vistancia community. This is an hourly paid, part time position that will require a minimum of 14 and up to 30 hours per week. This position will require availability Monday and Friday from 9:30 AM – 5 PM and must be flexible to cover additional weekdays, weekends and some holidays when requested.

Job Description: This position plays a key role in delivering accurate and detailed information about the master planned community and Vistancia’s new home builder opportunities, custom homesites, Blackstone Country Club and commercial (*This is not a licensed sales position). The primary responsibilities for the position are to educate visitors about the Vistancia master plan, community amenities and to provide directions to the actively selling builder sales office locations throughout the community, through conversation and visual/interactive aids.

Additionally, this position is responsible for data entry and tracking of all Information Center visitors into Vistancia’s CRM database.

Position Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service/marketing/administrative support roles
• Verbal presentation experience
• Data entry experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and Outlook
• General working knowledge of basic office equipment
