Vistancia Ranked No. 17 Best Selling Master-Planned Community in the Nation

2017 has been a great year for new home sales in Vistancia! For the third consecutive year, Vistancia has earned a position in the Top 20 among all U.S. master planned communities by Real estate consulting agency RCLCO’s national mid-year report. The remaining two parcels are currently under contract with builders and will bring 163 additional lots to The Village at Vistancia. These builders will be announced late summer.  Estimated grand openings for all new parcels are planned for mid-2018.
