Vistancia Rezones Land to Bring New Residential Offerings to the Growing Community

In response to increased residential real estate activity in the Valley, Vistancia has rezoned five parcels originally planned for commercial uses within the master plan to future residential, which will add 360 new homesites to the growing community. Vistancia, which ranked the second fastest growing master-planned community in the U.S. in 2015 by RCLCO and John Burns Real Estate Consulting groups more than doubled its sales in 2015 with 466 and was ranked among the top 20 master planned communities in the U.S.

“We are optimistic about the continued growth of Vistancia,” said Mark Hammons, vice president/general manager of Vistancia. “Our sales continue to reinforce the Northwest Valley as being one of the most desirable locations to live and these additional residential parcels will offer homebuilders new opportunities to expand and acquire land in the master plan,” Hammons said.

Vistancia’s future residential parcels are located in The Village at Vistancia community and are located along Lone Mountain Parkway offering convenient access to the Loop 303. Ideally situated amongst the Sonoran desert, each parcel offers panoramic views of the White Peak, Twin Buttes and Bradshaw mountains.

The Village at Vistancia offers residents a wide range of amenities, including a 15,000 square foot residents center, pools, water slides, indoor gymnasium, and a 3.5 mile outdoor Discovery Trail. Additionally, the community is home to two award-winning PUSD K-8 elementary schools.
