Food and wine pairings will be featured throughout a tour of luxury homes during the Blackstone at Vistancia Food and Wine Tour from 3 to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 22. Tour luxury models from two Toll Brothers neighborhoods – The Blackstone Collection and The Retreat Collection, and two David Weekley Homes neighborhoods – Greens at Blackstone and Fairways at Blackstone during the tour. Blackstone at Vistancia offers luxury single-story homes ranging from 2,117 to 4,217 square feet including distinctive features that embrace the best of indoor/outdoor living experiences and provide amazing views from every angle.

Guests will enjoy live music, wine tastings and food pairings including braised short ribs with cauliflower cream, mini crab cakes with spice remoulade, bacon-wrapped dates with blue cheese vinaigrette and creamy chocolate crème brulée. Event guests will also have chance to enter to win a raffle drawing for a $200 BevMo gift card.

The Blackstone at Vistancia luxury food and wine tour experience begins at the Vistancia Information Center located at 12026 West Lone Mountain Parkway in Peoria to pick up an event map and begin the tour.
