This is your opportunity to take advantage of pre-sale pricing and lot availability before the grand opening of their model. Pre-sales will take place at the Vistancia Information Center located at 12026 W. Lone Mountain Parkway where a Richmond American Homes Sales Associate will be available by appointment.
