Italian Recipes from Blackstone Country Club

As we are all staying safe at home, many of us are cooking now more than ever before. Cooking all or most of your meals at home can get monotonous, but there are ways to make it fun whether you love to cook or not. One thing you might try is creating a themed dinner at home. If Italian food is your favorite, make a delicious Italian meal, get dressed up, turn on some Italian music, light some candles, and open a bottle of wine to recreate the atmosphere of your favorite Italian bistro. If you have kids at home, they can get in on the fun by pretending to be your waiter or chef depending on their age and cooking skill level. You can find some great ideas and even printable menu templates by searching Pinterest. Although times are not ideal right now, we can all get through this by making the most of the time we have at home. If you would like to set-up your own themed dinner night, here are some delicious Italian recipes courtesy of Blackstone Country Club Executive Chef Jeffrey Saxton to help inspire you. Most importantly, don’t forget to take photos, when this is all over with, how we made the best of it will be what we want to remember most.
