Blackstone Country Club at Vistancia has teamed up with LPGA player Stephanie Meadow, who will represent the private club on the 2018 LPGA and Symetra tours.

An Irish native, Meadow was a four-time All-American at the University of Alabama. She turned professional after graduation, and in her first professional tournament – the 2014 U.S. Women’s Open – garnered a third-place finish. Meadow also represented her home country of Ireland in the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Meadow will practice and play at Blackstone Country Club’s award-winning championship course throughout the 2018 tour. As schedule allows, she will play with the club’s member groups, host clinics, and provide demonstrations with golf staff.

“We’re thrilled to have Stephanie represent Blackstone Country Club, and we’re looking forward to following her progress throughout her 2018 tour,” said Scott Heideman, general manager of Blackstone Country Club.

Situated in the heart of the private, guard-gated community of Blackstone at Vistancia, Blackstone Country Club offers exceptional golf and resort-style amenities for every member, all surrounded by a pristine natural desert backdrop, gently sloped hills and spectacular mountain vistas.

Blackstone Country Club’s 7,089-yard course layout was designed by highly regarded Jim Engh, Golf Digest’s first “Architect of the Year” and four-time Golf Digest national award winner. Inspired by the courses in Ireland, the course features deep chiseled channels with sheer rock faces and a series of black volcanic stones dotted along the magnificent desert golf layout.

The Hacienda-styled, 30,000-square-foot clubhouse was designed by renowned architect, Bing Hu of H&S International. The club blends natural materials and historic architecture of the southwest with contemporary design elements of exposed wood beams, brick, stone and stucco to create a natural, yet elegant Old World atmosphere.

Blackstone Country Club is located in Peoria and set amongst a stunning backdrop of mountain ranges featuring dramatic views of White Peak and Twin Buttes. The club was ranked #1 Private Golf Course by Ranking Arizona in 2018. Take Loop 303 to the Lone Mountain Parkway (exit 127).
