Vistancia Ranked Among Top-Selling Communities in the US
Vistancia has been ranked among the top best-selling master planned communities in the U.S. for 2019 by two of the real estate industry’s leading analysts, RCLCO Real Estate Advisors and John Burns Real Estate Consulting. The prestigious rankings, which recognize the leaders in new home sales each year, placed Vistancia at No. 33 (RCLCO) and No. 35 (John Burns Real Estate Consulting) nationally.
Vistancia reported 431 sales in 2019, averaging more than 35 home sales per month, bringing the total homes at the community to more than 6,820 and a resident population of nearly 17,000. “Vistancia is proud to continuously be ranked among the top best-selling master planned communities in the nation,” said Mark Hammons, vice president/general manager of Vistancia. “Our sales reinforce that the northwest Valley continues to be one of the most desirable locations to live in metro-Phoenix for quality of life,” he said.
Vistancia offers homebuyers three distinct lifestyle communities to choose from and a range of home designs that harmonize with the natural desert landscape surrounding Vistancia: The Village at Vistancia, a multi-generational family community; Blackstone at Vistancia, a private gated golf course community featuring the private Blackstone Country Club; and Trilogy at Vistancia, an active adult resort community.
Vistancia is currently developing the master plan’s final 3,450-acre community, Northpointe at Vistancia located on hillside terrain between the White Peak and Twin Buttes mountains. Northpointe at Vistancia is scheduled to grand open this year with three premier homebuilders – David Weekley Homes, Pulte Homes and Richmond American Homes. A total of 437 homes will be included in the introductory phase of the community.
